We had just come back from a vacation to find that our hot water heater was not working. Very professional company. I thought the price was a little high, but then when is a water heater in our budget. They were competitive with other companies I called. So I think they are all a little high. My sister had a water heated replaced for about 750.00, but she live in Mich. In Charlotte area cost is between 1200-1600.
